Tried to grind rice into a coarse flour but majority rice just came out as it is even with tightest pressure/gape settings. I check how close the grinding plates can be set but I found uneven gaps even under careful settings. I found few youtube videos on how to use and adjust but that did not help. One youtube video show how to grind and adjust but that needs grinding wheel. In short, after several attempts I have lost my patience and this is an useless item. Would like to return.

Bought this to make flour. It doesn't grind up the grains fine enough to make flour, just cracks it so its easier to feed the chickens, but still makes a huge mess. Spits up the grains in all directions instead of coming out nice and clean into the bucket underneath. make sure you have a vacuum near for this poorly engineered product. was a big waste of money, better to spend extra on something nicer

I bought grains for emergency food and needed a grain mill. I haven't used it, but did put it together. Sorry to say there are no instructions with this, you pretty much have to figure it out on your own. With that said, I did get it together without to much problems.

The box had a lead warning, so I tested it, and sure enough It tested positive for LEAD. I can't understand why anyone would make a product with LEAD that is used for food.

It's light but worked very well. I grind grain for animals. It did a good job.
