There was some slight damage possibly cause by shipping even thought the item was packed well. I contacted the seller and received a fast response asking if I would like a refund or replacement. Since it was a two piece item intended for a gift, I asked for a replacement of the damaged piece and the seller sent one out immediately wrapped so well it could have been an egg. Very pleased with this seller and their 3-D printed product.
