Packaged arrived with the glass broken into large pieces. The frame has marks and the matting nicks from the glass sliding around insde the box. I messaged the seller who promptly responded. Since I like the print, I am having it rematted, the frame touched up and the glass replaced. The seller has been great and is paying for the work. I would definitely buy from him again!
