this product is excellent I have suffered with stress incontinence for years and it was just getting worse and worse the slightest cough or sneeze or even just the need to use the loo urgently resulted in my wetting myself and probably had to use 3 or 4 pads daily .it states it may take upto 12 weeks to notice a difference but I noticed a vast improvement within days and have not wet myself for days now and the improvement is ongoing excellent product easy to use and great value and has helped give me back some confidence and my freedom I would urge anyone who suffers from stress incontinence to buy its the best money I have ever spent worth every penny.

I had an accident following a bad chest infection with really horrible coughing, naturally this was in no way welcome and I started doing research about what I could do to make sure it didn't happen again. This little kit came out as a very good option so I bought it. I started noticing a difference within a week, and have had no more little accidents since I started using it. Make sure to read the instructions before using it, and please note you cannot use it if you suffer from collapsed womb.

Well we're all different when it comes to post-child birth rejuvenation of our 'nether regions!' If you have a slight prolapse, ( one side or another) it does make it difficult to keep the cone upright. I struggled originally to find which place meant the correct place as one is at first tempted to shove it where the bodynwill hold it: iE; where a tampon sits, which is too, far. This is a great idea and I feel anything that targets the pelvic muscles so specifically is a good thing. This needs routine use, like going to the gym. It only works if you put the work in and it's great when things start to feel stronger. Much more needs to be done to encourage women (both before and after birth) to maintain core strength and excercise the pelvic floor. I didn't do enough after my first child and went straight into heavy hand aerobics three or four months afterwards. This was the worst thing I could have done with all my muscles in a post-birth atrophe!! But I believe that the material is still there, weakened yes, ( and possibly affected by the Relaxin hormone that pumps around with menopause as well as child birth!) -but able to improove. Try these cones as well as the 'Elise' alongside pelvic floor excercises (see Michelle Kenway, Physio)- it's the best out there for your beautiful self that deserves all the support she can get!! -and keep it going!!Read full review
