Wrong item was shipped and received on a Thursday. I contacted the seller (Step One Shirts) through ebay and by email directly on Friday. I got an answer Tuesday, stating that the correct item was sent to replace the wrong one. The right one arrived, as described, in two days. The seller responded quickly and appropriately to my issue, and corrected the error within a week. That's pretty good! The only deviation from the item description was that the shirt was not tag-less.
