I live in New Zealand and it's very difficult to find any memorabilia not only of Elvis Presley but anyone in fact and then I discovered Ebay. I have been an Elvis fan from the early days and when he was alive I could find plenty but I think you can never have too much Elvis memorabilia and Ebay has a large selection so I have added to my memorabilia Elvis's early movies including "Jailhouse Rock",over the years my collection of videos were showing signs of wear and tear but now I can watch them in perfect condition. I particularly like "Jailhouse Rock" because it is in colour and all the older versions are in blck and white.

Jailhouse Rock is a classic movie which I enjoy watching. It was cheaper than going to the store and paying more for the same product. My philosophy is if I can get the same product, one at full price and the other at half price and quality is similar and I am going to get the same enjoyment out of the product, then I will buy it at half. The only thing that leaves you second guessing yourself is you don't the quality of the product. Even if the owner says it is in good to excellent condition, that is just the owners opinion. The product might be worn out or the video might be damaged inside or unviewable. gee2980
A show with Elvis music in it is great even if it is in black and white. The memories this movie brought back were great. The storyline is a typical love story yet this movie does offer the viewer a different side of Elvis. He is more on the defensive in Jailhouse Rock than in his other movies.
