Due to issues with the shipping agent, I never received my item. ***HOWEVER*** That was not the seller's fault. They did everything they could on their end to open THREE investigations as to the status and location of the package. They kept in contact with me every step of the way and were polite every time. This seller is dedicated and professional and did everything right, it was just unfortunate that the shipping agent screwed up. Best seller I've ever worked with, period.
