I purchased two Emmett Kelly chalkware statues from thrifthoarder (great name!) and one of them broke in transit. Bummer. This seller was concerned for my satisfaction above all. We quickly reached a mutually satisfactory resolution for a partial refund and resolved what could have been a bitter experience.
