This Roku Ultra 4K HD Streaming Media Player 4661R with JBL Headphones is a terrific unit. It is easy to set up ... just follow the prompts. Streaming video quality is excellent. I think the sound gets slightly muffled. The remote control is limited as it has no numbers to direct select channels, but you can control TV volume. To control, you move the highlighted curser right, left, up or down. I bought this because it appears to be the only one that works with Xfinity (so we can get rid of the rented control boxes) It does work, but you have a lot of scrolling to do to get to the channel you want to watch.

I already had two 4k Roku's and three 1080 ones. Our main one just kept saying poor signal, and was glitching all the time. There is NO Roku customer help, as far as I can see, they never got back with me after several emails This box and their 4K stick seem to work the best, was very easy setup, works very well. Now the signal says excellent. If you use the VIP-OUTLIT, and your product goes bad 2 days after the 90 they give you. Your on your own!

The newest Roku for 2018-2019 is easy to use with a wonderful voice search feature. The best part in my opinion is the Roku's ability to search for your request via voice and find your request for free if it is out there. There are many free options with the service and a never ending app selection. Great work Roku !

I really have enjoyed the programing, but one of there sites offered a free antenna to get local channels so I got it. Unfortunately because I live in a valley 5 hr drive to a very big town the antemia didi work. And as of this point I can't get out of the three month contract to get the free antenna. So if you live in a valley and you want local channels you can't use and indoor antenna. I sure was hoping to be able to disconnect from cable and get almost all the channels my husband enjoys watching yet for now I can't. But otherwise we really enjoy the Roku. and would recommend it especially if you live in a big town where it will work it's great to be able to cut down your cable bill. For us if the antenna has worked we would have disconnect from cable and pay about $35-$49 less to watch our favorite channels with out all the channels we don't watch.Read full review

We're cutting the cord. Decided on the Ultra because we wanted to connect to an ethernet network at a remote area of the house where wireless signal may be suspect. It connected and set-up easily. The menus were confusing to us at first but we are becoming more comfortable with them once we used then a bit and Roku Chat helped us through parts we didn't fully understand. We still don't like the lack of a programmable "favorite channel list". but we are getting used to the methodology employed by Roku. The loading time seems slow but not unreasonable. Switching from one channel to another is cumbersome and something I hope Roku addresses in the future. We are running using an AT&,T U-verse connection at their fastest speed available in our area, 25mbps. The best part is the reduction in monthly cost over our previous TV provider. There are several different "tricks" some that I have not tried yet. I used to watch Youtube videos on my laptop but now I cast them to the TV and watch on the big screen. I'm sure other things like that will surface in the future as this appears to be the wave of the future.Read full review
