    Great for replicas, especially airsoft or .177 bb.

    It's perfectly fine for the money, but you get what you pay for. The sling is great, the oiler is perfectly fine, and the mag pouch is okay but I had a couple loose stitches. The snaps work fine but they do feel a bit chintzy, I have nothing to compare to though.

    Good Sling, Bag, and Pouch

    Good strap, Good bag, Good oiler. All fit the M1 Carbine nicely, however the oiler was a bit snug. Overall a good product and I would get another should I find myself with a second M1 Carbine.

    Good value, looks great on a walnut stock

    To fit the ammo pouch over the stock, put the magazines in the pouch first, and then slide over the pointy end down past the trigger to the fat end. Leave the magazines in and let the pouch conform to the shape. The magazines should go in "bottoms up", to keep the ammo at the bottom of the pouch so that they don't get fouled or fall out. For the sling, the snap end goes at the skinny end and the loop end goes through the slot and is secured by the oiler canister. You adjust the length by feeding the loose end back through the metal slide. You can put modern oil in the cannister and use it to lubricate any part of the metal.

    Nice equipment

    Very good quality and Matches USGI “C” sling I bought at a gun show. Not sure about historical accuracy of buttstock mag pouches. I have nothing to compare them to.
