ordered this can right before Irma and was worried that it wouldn't get here on time. not only did the can ship out of Georgia unlike CA for most of the other cans floating about but it arrived well package and ready for use. which was handy because we evacuated the next day and had zero issues with the can. after i get my house straightened out i plan to buy several more of these cans. all in all it was sturdy well painted tight fitting and did not leak when tipped or knocked over.

Commie gas can, which is actually a NATO can. The welds are good quality and it's recesed in the tank so sits well and doesn't rub the welds, the cap takes a little metal bending and wearing down to work well, the small neck that comes out of the can is kind of lopsided but overall a good can, especially for the price. It seals good and doesn't drip, just be aware you may have to take a hammer and pliers to it to get it to work right. The rubber gasket inside filler neck that's included was too big so I had to use sissors to make it fit. Would I but again? Yes. It's the best for the price range and is made of a decent gauge metal and the paint is good. it is a 1 stage paint and will chip off.

I purchased 4 of these and the quality control seems pretty consistent. Welds are flush so, it sits flush, good value, good for emergencies, decent construction. Good seal, no sign of leakage. You will need a hammer, why? You'll use it to align the locking tabs of the funnel also to get it off cause it's gonna be tight. Gasket will need to be trimmed. Gas flow is slow when filling up vehicle, it doesn't seem to vent properly. Paint gets scratched very easily and will rust. Overall, in a emergency situation, it'll work.

Was looking for a decent priced metal gas can. Didn't want to go with a plastic one. I can easily strap this against my roll bar and not worry it! Nice tight seal on the spout and gas can itself!
