While the seller delivered the item exactly as advertised , I feel that the PLA 3d printing could have been a bit better (using PLA plus or PLA pro) as I have bought similarly constructed cosplay items that are made sturdier and fit better. I have no bad feelings toward this seller as this item is mounted on a mannequin head and displayed in a case in our Star Trek Festival exhibit and not used on an actual person.
