The item was well packaged and arrived quickly. Unfortunately, USPS did not treat it with the care the Fragile tags on the box required and the glass arrived shattered. Seller quickly replied when contacted, asked for a picture of the damaged item, and immediately upon receipt of the picture refunded my payment in full, which in my estimation is going above and beyond. I hope seller files a claim with USPS and is reimbursed. I highly recommend this seller.
