The plate has a light gray age patina and shows a lot of character. It shows many utensil marks and scratches as well as some staining. It has light dings and signs of toning. This is a well used antique pewter plate with very obvious and well defined marks. Be that as it may, the plate is very nice and worthy of a spot in your collection. It would probably benefit from a good cleaning to bring out its full beauty, but we leave that to the discretion of the new owner. Please see photo for additional condition information.”
