John Deere Skid steer 270 For Sale

This is a shed kept well maintained John Deere 270 skid steer.  Machine is very strong runs and operates great.  Seat was replaced about a year ago.  Engine runs strong with no smoke or issues.  I replaced the starter about a month ago.  Skid steer comes with bucket shown in pics and a tooth bucket not shown.  Tires are in good condition with 60% tread left on them.  Thanks for looking!!
