Kodak Aero Ektar 7\" f2.5 Lens with M42 adapter. :
$576.66

This is a WWII vintage Aero Ektar 7\" f2.5 lens that covers 5\"x5\". This lens comes with a removable M42 mount that provides manual focus abilities. I\'ve thrown it on a Pentax Spotmatic to ensure it mounts, but I used it without the adapter on my speed graphic. It also includes a threaded lens cap for protection which aren\'t found often so that\'s a nice plus.
Condition: The lens is obviously not mint given it\'s age and use. There are a couple scratches on the front lens element, along with some internal scratches/cleaning marks. There are a couple small bubbles in the glass I tried to show in photos. The lens shows the typical yellow/brown coloring on the elements most of these have. I pulled the lens apart and cleaned it myself about a year ago. I got rid of as much dust as I could, it\'s possible I left a few smudges inside as I cleaned the glass though. Again, it\'s in good condition, nothing growing inside that I could see, but it\'s not a mint condition, perfect lens. None of the issues mentioned showed in the photographs I took with it.
Aperture moves as it should, no problems.
I\'ve included a photo that I took with the lens so you could see the quality it can produce.
I used the secondary thinner locking ring as an actual lens flange when I used it. I removed the back of my speed graphic, slid the lens through the lens board, and then threaded the smaller lock ring on from the inside. I had to move the bellows out of the way from the inside as I went, but it did work and I was able to shoot like that with out buying an expensive threaded lens board. Yes those would have been much easier to deal with and would have allowed me to remove the board and lens easily to pack away, but I was being cheap and this worked!
I\'ve tried to be as accurate as I can be with my photos and description so please do not hesitate to send questions. As such, I am selling this lens as-is with no returns.
Thanks for viewing!
