A tall sided tray/bowl form which would have been a multipurpose basket. It could have been used for winnowing as well as general holding. With only modest wear (consistentwith hand-hold wear for winnowing), one small rim break and scatted stitches as pictured. Overall in good condition. A very handsome example.
