Large painted vase with griffins - possibly Greek or Etruscan. 26 cms tall. Please note that this has been repaired from several pieces and there are areas of over-painting which I presume are hiding restoration, particularly on the lower part of the body. This lot is being sold without reserve and there is no buy now price, please offer if you wish to buy, we will not accept offers to end listings early. Overseas delivery will need to be by courier as the vase is too big for airmail delivery and therefore more expensive. I am happy to combine postage costs on any items ending on the same day. Overseas postage is sent with a tracking number, this means it is a bit more expensive but at least it is very unlikely to go missing and can be traced.I claim no expertise in assessing age or origin, this why the lot is being offered here with . This is a private sale clearing out our garage and cupboards from years of random buying in small sales and flea markets, we do not accept returns.
