LE TALLEC Limoges Tiffany & Co Private Stock French Porcelain TUREEN Gold Gilt For Sale

Offered in this sale is a vintage hand painted gold gilt Limoges porcelain tureen that was decorated by Le Tallec for Tiffany & Company in the mid 1900s. It is hand marked in red on the underside of the base Tiffany & Co Private Stock Hand Painted in France along with a blue Le Tallec studio, date and decorators mark. It measures roughly 10 1/2" long x 6" wide x 7 7/8" tall to the top of the cover knob. There is a good size chip on the flange of the cover that you do not see when the cover is in place (see 7th image), otherwise, the condition is excellent. There are no other chips, cracks, flakes, hairlines or restoration. In addition there is no wear to the gold gilt. Even with the chip on the flange - which could be easily restored - this is a very nice piece of vintage Le Tallec.
