****as far as I can tell this is original paint with maybe some touch ups. the tender is maybe repainted im not positive. set runs good and reverses as it should. lights work. I don\'t see anything missing or broken. looks like all original wheels and there in good shape. trucks and wheels original also. minor paint chips. some light corrosion on side rods. close up pics show the worst aresa. ****.
