LIONEL No. 438 BLACK BASE, WHITE HOUSE SIGNAL TOWER
LOT DESCRIPTION: As the title says this lot consists of a LIONEL No. 438 SIGNAL TOWER. This is the harder to find version with the black base and the white house. Tower is all complete and all original Pre War - Standard gauge Lionel including all original paint with no paint touch ups and the original switches on the back of the house.
DESCRIPTION OF CONDITION: Tower is in great shape. No dents or rust or missing pieces. Great color, wire terminals are fine as is switches and terminals. Typical minor playwear paint chips and scratches mostly on the roof and chimney but no serious issues here at all. Again, a great looking piece that IMHO I would rate as in excellent condition but take a good look at the pictures and you be the judge.
WORKING CONDITION: I have tested the light inside the house and it works just fine.
