This is a very nice and uncommon folding four section 12 inch pocket rule which has a brass slider which extends as a caliper to measure thickness or tube diameter. The rule is basically undamaged with some surface wear and a couple of small hairline age related cracks as shown in the pictures which do not threaten the integrity of the rule. Its overall dimensions when folded are 3.25 x 0.75 x 0.325 inches thick.
