It is a semi-rigid plastic pocket with a magnet on the back. Effective yet affordable.

This transparent plastic pocket-style photo holder has an opening at the top which you slip the photo into.

This pocket-style photo holder is made entirely out of transparent plastic. The front is clear plastic, the back is clear plastic and the surroundings that keep the photo from falling out are also clear plastic. The only thing that is not transparent plastic is the magnet that is on the back which is what holds this pocket-style photo holder to the fridge.

Each photo pocket holds a standard 2½ x 3½ inch "wallet-sized" photo, but there is enough room to fit a photo slightly larger than a "wallet-sized" photo which measures up to 2⅝ x 3¾ inches.

These pocket-style photo holders are smooth on the front and (other than the magnet) they are smooth on the back, the edges do not protrude like they do on a standard style photo frame. This is just a plastic pocket which holds your photo, not a fancy frame.

-Some of my customers have been adding decorations to these photo holders , like making a border with a pipe cleaner to dress them up and give as gifts, I think it is a great idea! Only problem is if you add too much weight to them, your photo holder may need one or two additional magnets to hold the weight. I can add additional magnets to the back of these photo holders for you, but it will be a minimal charge to cover the cost of the extra magnets and the cost of additional weight to the package when I ship the photo holders. Please contact me before purchasing if you plan on decorating these photo pockets and we can decide if you will need additional magnets or not.

-Please remember that this is a pocket-style photo holder which means that the photo slides into the pocket from the top, just like a pocket. It can fall out if the pocket is flipped upside-down.

-This is NOT a conventional style photo frame where you would put the photo in from the back and the frame surrounds all four sides of the photo. This is a plastic pocket where you slide the photo in from the top, so this pocket only surrounds the sides and bottom of the photo while the top is left open. It is a very simple design! Remember, these are only 99-cents each.

-Each pocket holds a standard 2½ x 3½ inch "wallet-sized" photo, but there is enough room to fit a photo slightly larger than a "wallet-sized" photo which measures up to 2⅝ x 3¾ inches. PLEASE be sure to measure and understand what these measurements mean before purchasing! You have a little extra room to trim the photo slightly larger or stick with the normal size photo and affix it to a piece of slightly larger color construction paper mat which makes the photo stand out more and also makes for a great customization to the photo pocket.-These plastic pockets have a blue-ish tint to them (as seen in the photos), the reason for the tint is to help block UV-rays from fading your photo, you'd be surprised to see what a couple months of sunlight coming through your window would do to a photo!-The magnet on the back is small, but big enough to do it's job of holding this pocket to a magnetic surface - if by chance the photo pocket will not stay put on your refrigerator, please take a moment to contact us before leaving a bad response! Every surface is different, some have more paint than others and may require an extra magnet. We are happy to help and make it right!

-The photos shown in this listing of the pocket-style photo holder is an actual scan of the photo holders that you will be receiving. I am not including the piece of paper with the four boys playing on the sand pile - but if for some reason you want your photo pockets to have this piece of paper inside, please just let me know at the time of purchase, I can easily add one to each pocket for you.
