Offered is asmall size tobacco insert card issued by theAllen & GinterTobacco Co.The front of the cardpicturesthe \"Belgium\" flag, with a Virginia Brights pack and cigarette pictured in the background. The back has a checklist of the 50 countries whose flag is pictured.

This card is one of the rarest variations found in the N9 series.It differs from the more common plain background with the pack and cigarette pictorial front.Five other rare versions- Austria, France, Holland, Italy and Japanare offered in othersales I\'ve listed.
