Horn is also naturally waterproof and already hollow inside.These Powder Horns are Highly Polished and Fully Functional with a 2.5 inch Brass Pour Spout and wooden end cap!These Powder Horns measure 11-13 inches from tip of spout to tip of acorn end cap (measured along the outside curve of the horn) and come with a Strap measuring over 45 inches!The brass push button dispenser measures out approx 70 grains of powder.The wooden end cap is tacked into place and Sealed. You will fill this horn with powder using a funnel at the spout end
