New York Mets 1962 yearbook Roster Page dated 4/13/1962 Mets Home opening day For Sale

I suppose I have to rate this yearbook as only fair condition since it has water stains on both the front and rear covers and the inside front page and last page. The inside pages are wavy on the bottom as a result of getting wet but none of them stick together or are in any other way damaged

The yearbook is intact--no torn pages, no missing pages, no writing. It is clean throughout with an occasional small rust stain from the staples which, of course, got wet.

Overall, I would say it collectible since there really aren\'t that many around and the damage was caused many year ago by a burst washing machine hose!
