Nice old 1800\'s trade dag knife with original leather sheath. It is all hand made, deer antler (stag) handle with full tang blade held in place with iron rivets. Iron blade has been hand forged from an old file rasp with a good heavy patina \"in the blade\". Well made knife, still tight, has lots of signs of use and wear. The leather sheath fits perfectly but may be a later addition to the knife. From the fur trade era. Traded to the indian tribes for their furs. Thanks for looking.
