Orig 1860`s Civil War Cabinet Photograph Union or Confederate Officers Brady era For Sale

From an old rural western NY estate, this is an interesting original 1860`s Civil War era photograph featuring some Union? officers standing on the porch of a house along with a couple of civilians, posing for the photographer, there is also a partially visible flag in the upper right hand corner. The image alone is 7 7/8\" x 5 1/2\", overall the backing card is approx 8 x 10\". The photo is in good vintage condition, some age toning and a small area of light foxing towards the top only: see photos.
