Original L.F.&C. 1918 Patton Sword Saber with Scabbard - World War One WWI For Sale

Original L.F.&C. 1918 dated Patton saber and scabbard.
Overall, sword and scabbard are in good shape for their age.
Scabbard has some soil/age spots in places and a few light scuffs but no majordamage.
Sword itself is in solid shape with some peppering to the blade in places and some marks/scuffs around the hand guard.Original leather ring at the blades base is in solid shape as well.
On the side of caution, I also want to note that the blade might have been sharpened bysomeonea long time ago by the looks of the edges.Honestly, this is not reallyevidentunless you closely inspect the blade, especially towards the base and at the tip.
The tip looks a little out of shape to me and I have included close ups of it as well.
