This is theearliestof the Trick Dog banks made by Hubley.It is the 6 part base version made in 1888.Has its very nice original paint and nice patina.To operate , push a coin into the dogs mouth.Press the lever on the side and he jumps through the hoop depositing the coin into the barrel.Very simple operation and the bank works well and comes with the key .Bottom cast \" PAT JULY 31 1888 \".
