Pair Antique Dated 1885 Russian 84 Silver Gilt Judaica Kiddush Engraved Cups For Sale

Pair Russian 84 zolotnik silver engraved Judaica Kiddush cups with gilt wash interiors measuring approximately 3 1/2 inches tall. Each bearing typical 84 Russian silver standard hallmarks on both rim and base along with other partially rubbed makers or assay marks. Both hallmarks dated 1885. In as photographed condition with visible distress to basesand expected age appropriate wear including areas of tarnish and minor dents with other surface imperfections consistent with age and use. Combined weight for the pair is a respectable 79.1 grams or 2.55 troy ounces.

Together with a similar smaller 84 silver Russian Judaica Kiddush cupalso bearing typical 84 silver hallmarks as seen in photo. Measures approximately 2 7/8 inches with a weight of 19.7 grams. In obvious wretched condition, it has definitely had a rough lifeand is in needof some serious tender loving care.
