Offered in this sale is a pair of antique French faience art pottery wall pockets that I believe were made in Desvres or perhaps Quimper in the late 1800s. They measure roughly 11 1/2\" long x 3 1/2\" wide at their widest. They have old dealer paper labels on the back but are otherwise unmarked. The condition of both pieces is very good. There is a flat surface chip on the side of the tip of the wall pocket decorated with the woman (see 8th image) and a touch up to glaze wear on the top tip of the other, otherwise, there are no other chips, cracks, flakes or hairlines. A wonderful pair 19th century French faience wall pockets. Please be sure to enlarge and zoom each image for a close up view of the detail of the decoration and condition and do not hesitate to send me a message if you have questions or would like additional images. I always guarantee everything that I sell to be as described. This pair is being sold without a reserve as long as there is an opening offer. The shipping cost within the United States is $10.00.

The last three images illustrate other pieces from several local estate collections that I am offering for sale separately on including a number of early American flint glass oil lamps and candlesticks, Historical Staffordshire china, a small collection of antique Chinese Export Canton porcelain, several Baccarat glass, Steuben glass and Kosta Boda Glass figurines, a number of pieces of 18 - 19th century Chinese export porcelain, a small collection of majolica pottery, Staffordshire Pot Lids, several pieces of Werner Jacobsen pottery New Hope Pa artist colony, a number of pieces of Bennington and Rockingham pottery, several pieces of Native American Indian pottery and other beaded leather items, an old Okinawa WWII photo album, a number of other rare glass magic lantern slide cards, a number of scarce stereoview cards , a number of pieces of Scandinavian art glass along with a mixed eclectic mix of 18th - 20th century American, English, Continental and Chinese ceramics, porcelain, glass and accessories. If you are interested in offerding on more than one item I do offer combined shipping which saves on postage. YOU ARE offerDING ON ONLY THE PAIR OF WALL POCKETS IN THIS SALE.
