This reel is used, and does have a couple minor scratches. (see photos)The Peerless Model 1A reel is capable up to 4wt line.
The reel is 1 5/32\" wide and is 2 3/4\" diameter it weighs 4.6oz.
Line capacity is DT4_30.
The line currently on reel is Cortland 3wt double taper.
