Pioneer SX-1250**Please read all before offerding. This 1250 is in really excellent condition. Comes from a smoke / pet free home. Cleaned inside and out, lubricated, detailed and polished. All knobs/switches pristine. Only has some scuff marks on the top edge of the face pate (see photo of finger pointing). Under the top cover, note that one of the round plastic decorative capacitor covers is missing (see photo with cover removed) - this does not effect the performance in any way. All lights shine bright including the stereo indicator light. All functions work perfect (Phone 1 / 2, AUX, AM. However, even though FM works as well, when an FM station is tuned in, the left channel sounds lower. This is only in FM mode - so I believe that it would need an FM alignment. When mono is depressed, the left channel (in FM mode) resumes normal sound level. Otherwise, phono 1 and 2 stereo and AUX stereo (including AM) work perfect. Both channels are strong, crisp, clean/no static. If you\'re an FM listener, you can compensate by just turning the balance knob to the left a bit and the FM stereo then sounds equal on both L/R channels. This is a heavy monster - weighing in at 76 lbs packed. Overall this is an awesome sounding receiver and presents extremely well as shown in the photos. Worried about damage in transit? Don\'t be, no one on earth packs like I do. This receiver will be enclosed in a new plastic protective bag, surrounded by customized thick soft foam rubber designed to fit the exact dimensions of this receiver (extra thick foam rubber at the top and bottom to absorb any transit vibration and impact from other freight / improper handling)- especially protecting the face plate / knobs / switches. Then enclosed and in a double corrugated heavy duty box with all flaps glued shut for extra rigidity in transit with heavy duty packing tape along all boarders. Be assured of safe shipping via Fedex and will be fully insured.
