Pitt Brand Professional 1930s Silver Metal Clarinet For Sale

Vintage Pitt Brand Professional metal Clarinet from the 30s or 40s with caseas you see it. Finish is silver or silver plate. From an estate, it appears to be complete - all levers and keys seem to function as they should, but it will presumably need some cleaning and/or restoration to be brought to proper playability if desired. Heavily tarnished, should clean up nicely. Serial number is #P8550, and the US patent number is 1705634. It ismarked Bb on the body. I included a pic of the US patent, granted in 1929, found on Google Patents to give an idea of the instrument details. An old solder repair is shown in the photo.
