Pontiac Super Duty and 455 Cubic Inch Engine Four Bolt Main Caps. These have been designed to accentuate the Pontiac OEM Cast Iron Block. These are not Splayed Bolt Main Caps. These are designed to fit your Production Pontiac Block where the Factory Engineers determined. They do not weaken the block Main Web and in most cases the extra holes are already drilled and tapped for these caps. Not only do our caps "Bolt Up" correctly but the Dowel Pins do not require "Oversizing or Relocation". We have spent tons of time and money producing the best set of Four Bolt Main Caps for Pontiac Production Blocks. They are loved by machinists everywhere due to the ease with which they are installed and correctly machined. This alone is a great time and money saver. The machinist does not have to preform additional steps to relocate Dowel Pins, Pin, Redrill and Tap Holes, cubic inch money saved with our cap set alone. We also included slots in the sides of the caps to enable you to remove them when running Studs on the Main Line.
