PreWar Marx Tin Plate M-100000 Union Pacific Electric Post Offine Train Set

The locomotive is un-tested due the lack of a proper transformer, but the wheels do turn by hand very smootly, and while the motor could use a cleaning it looks to be in good condition. The tinplate shells have scratches and edgewear, but are very nice for their age. I found very little surface rust, all the connecting pins are attached. I found no significant dents or dings, andthe bodies all look straight. A great hard to find set, and in a harder to find red as well, it will be a awesome addition to any collection!
