RARE 1864 Confederate Bond Civil War CSA Official Authentic 4% Certificate Money For Sale

A near perfect 1864 Original Confederate 4% War Bond in small format. Issued one year before the end of the War, this was not a good investment. Issued to W.T. Ogden who has signed it on the back and issued in the 3rd Corps(?). It is issued by Jus. G. Field. I am not an expert in these bond issues but I have seen about 30 in my lifetime. This Bond is in near perfect condition with a slight ding at top middle (about 0.1 mm deep along a fold) and some very slight edge wear. Note other folds typical of documents that are more than 150 years old. Appears exceptionally good and ready for display.
