Here\'s a beautiful old plumb bob believed to have been made by Joseph Heimbach of St. Louis, Mo. It\'s a millwright reversible model. It is not marked anywhere, however I understand most of his plumb bobs were not marked. It measures about 4 3/4\" tall, 2\" in diameter and weighs a little over 1 pound, 2 ounce. The center shaft should be removable, however it\'s been sitting for decades and it won\'t move by hand, and I\'m not going to try and force it. This would be a great addition to any collection.
