All three of the bins are attached to an arm on one side so when you turn the crank all three binds dump at the same time. Works great.Truck has a closed cab and the driver is inside.Looks like it probably is the original paint. Good shape - see pics. No cracks or breaks in the frame. It\'s solid.Cast iron.
