Up for sale is an extraordinary vintage art nouveay style necklace and clip earring set by Napier circa 1920-40. This is one of the most extraordinary sets of Napier jewelry I have seen. The quality of the design and detail are magnificent and somewhat reminiscent of Georg Jensen designs. I see a highly stylized crab in each panel and the set most certainly evokes undersea life. The necklace measures approx 16\" long(including the 2\" extender) x 1 1/8\" wide and each earring approx 1 1/8\" x 3/4\". The catch on the necklace is signed \"NAPIER STERLING\" and the set weighs approx 59.4 grams. The condition is excellent with no damage and light wear consistent with age.
