Rare Vintage 1960\'s Hagen Renaker Don Winton Disney Dumbo Cookie Jar For Sale

This offer is for one (1) hard to find Hagen Renaker Disneyland \"Dumbo\" the elephant Cookie Jardesigned by Don Winton sometime around 1960. It stands approximately 10 1/4\" tall to the topof his cap, (7 1/8\" tall base only) X 8\" across the front (ear to ear) and 8\" from his trunk to his behind.
Overall, it\'s in pretty nice condition for it\'s age with the following damage/defects:
1) under the glaze surface crackle crazing from age2) a flat chip on his left ear tip that the owner dabbed with gray paint (see photo #3 close-up)3) a minor nick or glaze pop on the left side of his face (last photo)4) a glazing defect on the back of the cone portion of his cap where the glaze is less glossy &more matte. (please see 2nd to last photo) You have to look closely to see this area but youcan feel that it\'s a bit more bisque in a few patches.
Other than Disneyland on the front of his cap, there are no other markings. According to thephoto catalog of Hagen Renaker pieces found at hagenrenakerhorses . com (sorry, e-Bay doesn\'tallow outside links), Hagen Renaker\'s Cookie Jars were painted outside of their shop and though designedfew, if any, were issued for sale. They show a photo of this jar & also note:
\"Hagen Renaker made the first pieces for Disneyland when it opened in 1955. They continued to makepieces until 1960 and later made a large Fantasia set in 1982. Walt Disney said that Hagen Renakermade the finest 3 dimensional figurines he had ever seen.\" It\'s worth checking their website out.
