MADE IN FRANCEYou are offerding on a MEPPS Super Meca w. MATCHED BOX Spinning Spin Fishing Reel. The box is a rare one and even more rare with matching reel, it may be years for another to pass through ! Box has some wear from age handling split corners etc but has top and bottom as seen. Reel is in very good shape with some normal wear and is in very good working shape. The housing plate, body, foot stem and rotor have some surface wear but all is solid very good looking competent shape. The spool very good shape in all with cap. Crank very good shape and is well as the bail. Some cosmetic wear but a very nice solid reel in very nice working shape and a double rare find, you can see the numbers match with the reel and box in the photos. The super-sized and zoom-able photos show the reel for your close inspection.

This MEPPS Super Meca works very good and ready to fish. Very good cranking action with nice click and nice feeling gear set. Rotor spins great with smooth undulating motion. Has a nice line guide. And it has a good solid variable strong drag with nice line click out alarm. Bail flips well on first crank. Has some surface wear but a very good looking solid and nice working reel in all ready to fish or collect alike. In addition the box is the topper and a rare find together one certainly for the finest collections and equal in the field alike. A rare collector quality combo!
