Inspection Service

Visual inspection of the top and bottom of amplifier, bottom cover off. Look for burnt resistors, leaking capacitors and other defective components etc.

Check all power supply voltage &electrolytic capacitorsfor leakage & ESR (if we find bad cap we will replace the cap)

Re-soldering all cold solder joint in circuit board

Replace all dead lamp

Check audio coupling capacitors for leakage & bias.(if we find bad cap we will replace)

Check condition of all function switch , control , input jacks and output terminal strips

Cleanall function switches & control.

Measure Output Power into 8 Ohm Loads & distortion

Measure frequency response (20Hz - 25Khz)

System listening test (aging 24 hour)

Light cleaning of chassis

Issue Final Report to customer by Email or Call

If we find anything seriously wrong inthe Inspection, we will call you or email you an initial report, so you can decide if you want to repair things or not.

After completion of Inspection, we willprovide you afinal written report, by emailof your gear.
