All sell !ITEM: A fine original late 1920s - 1930s iconic Art Deco Machine Age combination art deco nude ashtray receiver and ball shaped Rondelight enameled lighter by Ronson! These are very rare, designed by L.V. Aronson who started the Ronson lighter company after producing art deco nude figural lamps and incense burners in the 1920s. Just an amazing artifact from the modernist streamlined era of industrial design aesthetic. This is in very fine cosmetic condition with all of the original surfaces and paint on the enameled zig-zag graphics case.The lighter mechanism opens when pushed this old lighter will need a flint and fluid and is untested as such.

A very rare surviving example of Art Deco era high end Tobacciana, that will be the center of any such collection!

In very nice cosmetic condition missing the bottom felt piece as seen in the last photo included and there is a small are of discoloration on one of the calfs on the dancers legs else near mint throughout. With the right lighter for this form - the Rondelight lighter is in fine cosmetic condition but will need a flint fluid and servicing and is untested as such!
