Authentic and original Prussian Iron Cross Second Class in original presentation case. . Note that the box is labeled Rothe & Neffe of Vienna, the royal jeweler who made medals for the Austrian Hungarian empire. The triangular ribbon and the source make this a likely Austrian medal. Its core is magnetic, but a light touch with a polishing cloth seems to indicate a silver surround.
