In Poland during World War II, Oskar Schindler gradually becomes concerned for hisJewish workforce after witnessing their persecution by the Nazis.

CONDITION:Print is in EXCELLENT used condition.Light line occasionally here and there, and a few minor splices, but overall VERY CLEAN and WELL KEPT.
The COLOR portions of the film (opening, girl in red, ending) are on lowfade EASTMAN LPP stock.The Black and White portions of the movie are on EASTMAN BLACK AND WHITE STOCK. (Color portions were spliced in by the film lab before distribution)
This is truly one of the most stunning looking Black & White prints I\'ve ever seen. Incredible depth and clarity. Absolutely gorgeous.
When SCHINDLER\'S LIST opened in limited release in 1993, the 35mm prints were on Black and White stock. When it went wide two months later in Feb of 1994, to save money (and time splicing in color ftg in over 1300 prints) Universal struck the majority of the prints completely on LPP COLOR stock (not B&W). This led to the Black and Whitecinematographyhaving a slight \"green-bluish\" hue. Director Steven Spielberg is on record as saying he was disappointed with the way the LPP prints looked and only liked the true BLACK AND WHITE prints initially released.
THIS IS A BLACK AND WHITE STOCK PRINT. And you can see why Spielberg was so smitten with them!
