Smaller old Singer sewing machine with 1886 patent marking. I believe this is a number 24 chain stitch portable treadle model. The serial number - N362701 dates it to 1900. It has wear and tarnish and it needs a thorough cleaning. There is some rust and some loss of nickel plating. No belt, case, etc. are included. The needle is broken. It seems to operate but has not been tested with thread.
