The clock is tested and in working condition keeping great time, operates with two AA batteries. The clock sits on a round wood and brass base with a nameplate that reads \"The Smithsonian Institute presents the Cosmochronotrope executed by The Franklin Mint\". It has a Replogle World Classic globe. As you can see from the pictures provided it is in superb cosmetic condition. I do not have any instructions for it.
