Shipping

PayPal payments received by 12:00pm PST on business days will be shipped the same day. Payments received on weekends, holidays or after 12:00pm PST will ship the following business day.

To offer in our sales, or purchase an item buy it now, we do require you to have a paypal account.

We only ship to the lower 48 United States. We do not ship FedEx SmartPost packages to APO/FPO, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, Alaska, or Freight forwarders.

Please do not offer if you live in any of these locations or do not meet our offerding requirements as your payment will be refunded and the sale will be cancelled.

This item is shipped by FedEx SmartPost. FedEx SmartPost items are picked up by FedEx Ground and then transferred to your local Post Office for final delivery.

Our items are shipped from multiple locations throughout the United States. The item purchased will be delivered in 3-7 business days (Monday-Friday) after shipment. We are not able to guarantee combined shipping even if multiple items are paid with the same payment.

We do not offer local pick-up.

Items above $750 do require a signature at delivery

All packages that are returned to us as undeliverable are subject to an additional shipping charge to reship the item.

It is the Buyers responsibility to make sure the address they send with their payment is their current and correct address. We are not responsible for packages shipping to the incorrect address. The shipping feature we use automatically pulls the shipping address information into the system, so please double check that all of your information is correct before sending your payment.

FedEx delivery schedules do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. FedEx transfer and delivery schedules only include business days (Monday-Friday). Once a package is transferred to your local Post Office, Saturday delivery is available.

Return Policy

Returns due to functionality issues or damage from shipping may require images to be sent through the member to member communication system before an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) can be provided.

If the item is not packaged properly to arrive in the condition it was originally sent, it is subject to being returned or may not be eligible for a full refund.

Warranty

For functionality, this item comes with a 1 year warranty from Quick Ship from the date of delivery. If a problem occurs, we are happy to help you. Please contact us via email with a detailed description of the issue so we can assist. Within the first 60 days, we will send a prepaid shipping label to send the unit back for an exchange or full refund. After 60-day days, buyers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with shipping the item back to us.

We are unable to issue refunds for transactions older than 60 days, but will do our best to either repair your item or provide a comparable replacement.

Turnaround time once the non-working item is received is 1-3 business days, depending on the issue or the extent of testing required.

If an item cannot be replaced due to lack of inventory, a full refund will be issued in place of an exchange.
